Debt Harassment

Debt Harassment

Credit card debt is a big concern for many debtors. It can build up quickly, and can be difficult to overcome. High interest rates and stiff late-payment penalties can compound this problem. This is especially true if the debt is a symptom of greater cash flow or debt issues stemming from unemployment, divorce or injury or illness. When people have debts they can’t pay, creditors soon find them. If you have unmanageable credit card or other debts, you may have already received phone calls, letters, emails and other correspondence demanding payments that you cannot make. When this correspondence is excessive, or when creditors call your relatives and employers demanding payments, it can be considered creditor harassment.
